Returns & Refunds

The team is fully committed to your complete satisfaction and resolving any product issues quickly.


Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to buyer's remorse, or your selection of the incorrect size, color, or product. Please refer to the size chart when ordering apparel, gear or hats to ensure proper fit.

Colors shown on your computer, or mobile device screen often vary from the actual product.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been used or worn. 

Should you receive the wrong product, a product of poor quality or a product that is defective, misprinted, or was shipped in a size other than what you ordered, you have 10 days after receipt of your order to contact us by email at

So we can expedite a quick resolution of the issue, in your email, include:

- The word "RETURN" in the subject line

- In the body of the email include the item description, your name, address order date and order number.

Once your submission is reviewed and approved for return we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and provide you a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking number, as well as instructions on returning your product. We may at our option, simply ask you to send us a photograph of the product showing the defect or quality issue.   

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. 

Once we have received the product, inspected it, and confirmed it to be defective, or not the product you ordered, you will be offered your choice of a full refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a replacement. 

To be eligible for a refund or credit, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with all tags attached. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned including special orders, personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.  

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is not correct or is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Products

Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
